Following receipt of a web order, until a delivery quotation has been produced by Generators On Line and payment has been received, the order will not be dispatched.

Within 24 hours of receipt of delivery payment, a member of our team will be in contact to finalise a delivery date.

Generators On Line completes pre delivery inspections on all stock held to ensure machines are available to be dispatched quickly to our customers.

Due to the bespoke nature of some of our products, certain generators will be subject to manufacturer lead times.
