We encourage all of our customers to consider the value in adding a service contract to their purchase as it is vital that the health of any generator is monitored to ensure power continuity 24/7/365.
Our standard service package consists of the following:
- Two bi-annual service visits.
- Minor service; ninety-point visual inspection of the generator and all ancillary equipment.
- Major service; fluid filters and engine oil replacement. (+ ninety-point inspection)
- 24/7/365 On the phone technical support.
- Electronic copies of service reports.
- Access to quotations for OEM parts and necessary remedial actions.
- Access to quotations for red diesel fuel deliveries.
Due to the nature of many power applications, we offer enhanced service packages that are designed to provide bespoke support according to our customer’s requirements.
